My Journey of Those 6 Days!

I had always wanted to become a writer. Often, I used to write small articles, poems, in short something that came to my mind. I had participated in my company’s writing contest and achieved 1st prize. I realized one thing then, that writing gave me pure joy!
Till then I used to write what spontaneously came to me. I had never taken efforts to think or to do research on the topic I wrote about until I attended the workshop with Content Vidhya.
It happened one day, I was just casually scrolling through a lot of stuff on Facebook when I came to know about the workshop with Content Vidhya. I went through some reviews and enrolled immediately. I was quite impressed when I read about the coach and a successful writer Uma Madhavi.
Day 1
The course started on 14th Dec. Day 1 contained information about content and writing style which I knew. I felt Day 1 was going kind of Ok until when I learned about different tools that helped me to improvise my article title.
Day 2
Day 2 had a lot of writing strategies like heading styles, fonts, hyperlinking, how to come up with unique content, and lots of others. I enjoyed writing for the assignment, I wrote something after a long break!
Day 3
On Day 3 I learned a lot about Copywriting! There were lots of good points which I am sure I will use in the future. I thoroughly enjoyed writing for the Copywriting assignment using all the newly learned strategies.
Day 5 & 6
After the break of Day 4, Day 5 came as a challenge for me… Choosing my niche... It has always been a difficult task for me. But with the help of a systematic approach learned in the workshop, it became a bit easier. Day 6 helped me gain some confidence in my roadmap as a writer. I was astonished to see myself writing about a non-spontaneous, random topic as a given assignment.
I know it is just the beginning and I have miles to go. But one thing is for sure that the workshop has given me a level of confidence with all the knowledge imparted and with the promise to be there whenever I need help in my journey through guidance and the network.
